It's never too late to reinvent yourself.
"Is the life that I am living the life that wants to live in me?" -- Parker Palmer, Let Your Life Speak
This has been my guiding question for the last few years, and if I'm honest, I didn't like the original answer. When I first read this book and the question it posed, it hit a nerve that wouldn't stop throbbing.
After all, I was well educated, healthy, living in relative comfort and raising three amazing children. But something wasn't right. There was a deeper, more meaningful life dying to find its way out. And I was ready. No. I was desperate.
I was scared, unsure, nervous and had no idea what this 'new' life would look like, but I knew that I had to find out. Over the course of a few years of additional learning, working with a coach, and trying all kinds of new things, I feel like I'm getting close to really living out of my 'authentic' self. Yes, I know that's a great buzzword, but I finally feel like 'me'. That's how I will coach you. Whether you work with me on your health, your personal goals or your professional development, here's one thing I know for sure...
It's never too late to reinvent yourself.
