This week's question comes from one of my own mentors who shared this very uncomfortable, but potentially life changing question. I hope you'll take time to sit with it and let it soak in. Wrestle with the ideas that come up. Roll them around in your mind and start to notice how your thoughts move either toward or away from this idea.
